OCHA PROPERTIES

The first OCHA housing units were constructed and opened in 1972. Today, OCHA operates 829 units of elderly/disabled and family housing throughout Oil City and Venango County.

OCHA’S mission is to help eligible families and individuals in the Oil City and Venango County areas achieve greater stability and self-reliance by providing safe, affordable, quality housing to improve the lives of those we serve.

MORAN TOWERS

The Moran Towers was built in 1972 at 110 Moran Street. It includes 48 units of elderly/disabled/adult housing; 24 one-bedroom and 24 efficiency units. Rent includes all utilities and appliances. Onsite laundry, community room with kitchen, lounge, and lobby mailboxes.

SIVERLY APARTMENTS

Built in 1983, the Siverly Apartments are located at 9 Wabash Avenue. There are 30 units of elderly/disabled/adult housing. Rent includes all utilities and appliances. On-site laundry and two community rooms/kitchen and lobby mailboxes.

CENTURY TERRACE

Built in 1972, the Century Terrace is located at 301 Fern Drive. It includes 50 townhouse units consisting of 4 one-bedroom, 20 two-bedroom, 22 three-bedroom, and 4 four-bedroom units. Rent includes all utilities, appliances, and storage shed. A community room with kitchen is available (by reservation) for resident use for parties and gatherings.

SCATTERED SITES

Built in 1983, scattered residences are located on 20 sites throughout the north and south sides of Oil City. These brick homes consist of duplexes and three and four-bedroom units providing the flexibility of a rental home with the privacy of single family living, similar to owning a home. Rent includes all utilities, appliances, off-street parking, and storage shed.

CHERRY HILL APARTMENTS

The Cherry Hill Apartments were built in 1989 and are located at 19 Rockwood Avenue in Cornplanter Township. Includes 20 townhouse units consisting of 15 three-bedroom and 5 four-bedroom units. Rent includes all utilities and appliances.
